Questions people ask before they buy

Straight answers, including the one about number one.

4 questions

Why do you publish prices?

So you can decide before anyone calls you. Most agencies here quote on request, which makes comparing them hard. Everything’s on the pricing page. If your job doesn’t fit a package, ask for a quote.

Is $599 a month worth it?

It depends on what you do with it, so here’s what it buys: Google Business Profile posts and photo checks, Q&A, review-reply drafts for you to approve, citation watch, one local-page edit, and a monthly report. That’s the whole list. In month one you’d get cleanup and a baseline. By month three you’d have a record of steady work. Rankings and calls can move, but they might not, and we won’t promise either. If the list isn’t worth $599 to you, don’t subscribe.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No contract, no minimum term, no setup fee. Plans are month to month. One-time packages are paid in full once. No sales tax is added at checkout. If tax ever applies, it’s shown before you pay.

Is the free tool really free?

Yes. No card, no signup, and nothing stored. The schema generator runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.

Canceling

3 questions

What if I need to cancel?

There are three ways, and none needs a call to a salesperson: the Stripe customer portal, an email to main@seohehe.com, or a call to (826) 991-2771. Canceling takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for, and service continues until then. Details and the portal button are on the cancellation page.

Do you refund partial months?

No. If you cancel on day 10, you keep the service through the end of the paid month, but we don’t refund the unused days. We say this next to the Subscribe button too. If we bill you by mistake, we refund it.

What does a refund look like on a one-time package?

Before work starts: full refund. After we’ve started: the fee minus the work done (access setup and crawls count as work). After delivery: no refund, but we’ll correct anything that doesn’t match the written scope for 14 days. Rankings not improving isn’t a reason for a refund, and we say that up front. The full text is under refunds.

Will this get me to number one on Google?

No one can promise that, and anyone who does is selling you something. Google decides. We commit to the work we list and to how we report it.

Will AI replace SEO?

Probably not, but it’s changing where people see answers. Many AI answers draw on the same web pages, listings and facts that SEO already deals with. The AI visibility audit checks whether you’re mentioned or cited. No schema field or batch of pages can force an AI to recommend you.

Do you write fake reviews, or gate them?

No to both. We ask every customer the same way, with no incentives and no filtering. Review replies in Local Care are drafts you approve.

Work

6 questions

Do I own the work?

Once you’ve paid in full, yes: the copy, reports and files made for you are yours. We keep our own tools, methods and templates. Your accounts (Google profile, analytics, website) were always yours, and we only borrow access.

Who does the work?

A small agency in Chantilly. The people who scope your job do it or review it. AI may assist with research and first drafts; a person reviews every deliverable.

My last agency ghosted me. How will we communicate?

Plans get a monthly written report, and you can email or call at any time. We reply by email within one business day. One-time orders end with a delivered report and a walkthrough where the package includes one.

What do you need from me?

A short brief after you pay, access to the accounts the job needs (added as a user, not shared logins), and approvals on anything published for your business.

Do you work with my industry?

Likely yes, with limits. Healthcare: no patient data, ever, and we don’t sign BAAs. Law firms: we write what you approve; you stay responsible for your bar’s advertising rules. Government contractors: SEO helps people find you, but it doesn’t win contracts. We won’t imply any agency endorses you.

Do you have an office I can visit?

No. We’re a service-area business in Chantilly, VA; appointments only. Most work happens online and by phone.
