Sheet 1 of 7One-time order

One-time order

Turnaround clocks start when we have your paid order, your brief and the access we asked for. Business days are Monday to Friday, Eastern time.

  1. Day 0: you pay. Stripe Checkout, pay in full. The thank-you page opens right away with your receipt summary and the brief.

  2. Day 0 to 1: the brief. Fill it in (about ten minutes). We reply by email within one business day to confirm, and to ask for access if the job needs it.

  3. Access. You add us to the accounts we need (see below). If this is slow, so is the clock.

  4. Work. We do what the package page lists, nothing quietly added or dropped. If we find something out of scope, we say so and you decide.

  5. Delivery. Report, files or live changes, plus the walkthrough if your package has one.

  6. Fourteen days. If something doesn’t match the written scope, tell us and we correct it.

  7. Access removed. When we’re done, we ask you to take us off your accounts, or we tell you what to remove.

A plan’s month

Plans renew monthly on the date you subscribed. Nothing hides in the first month.

  1. Day 1: you subscribe. You get an email with the terms, your billing date and how to cancel. The thank-you page opens the onboarding brief.

  2. Week 1: baseline. We read your brief, get access, and record where things stand: profile, listings, pages, prompts.

  3. Weeks 2 and 3: the work. The items on your plan’s list. Plans don’t carry unused work forward.

  4. End of month: the report. One email, plain English. What we did, what we found, what we’d do next, and what we couldn’t change.

  5. Billing date. The next month starts automatically unless you’ve canceled. If you’ve canceled, service runs to the end of the month you paid for.

  6. Any time: cancel in the Stripe portal, by email or by phone. The details are on the refunds and cancellation page.

The brief, and why it comes after you pay

You pay first, then fill in the brief. That’s deliberate. We don’t ask strangers for their competitors, access notes and goals before they’ve bought. And the brief is tied to your order, so it goes to the right place and gets deleted on schedule (90 days after we finish).

It asks for: company, website, Google Business Profile link, how you’d like to give us access, your goals, who you see as competitors, and anything we should know. It does not ask for passwords. Please don’t put any in.

Access: the least we need

  • Add us as a user. Don’t share your login. Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics and most platforms let you add another person with a role. Manager or Standard access is plenty.

  • Never email a password, to us or anyone. Email stays on servers for years. If you’ve already done it, change the password.

  • Only what the work needs. An audit needs read access. A fix sprint needs your CMS. A GBP package needs the profile. We’ll ask for each one by name.

  • We don’t share or sell access. Not with other clients, not with anyone.

  • You keep ownership. The accounts are yours before, during and after.

  • When we finish, you remove our access. We’ll remind you.

How we report

Plans get a monthly email report. One-time orders get a delivered report. Here is the shape of one, from the fictional business in the sample audit.

Counts are invented to show the format. Real reports list what we actually did, what we saw, and what we didn’t get to.

Local Care report: example, fictional business

Done this month

  • Posted 4 updates to the Google profile and checked 12 photos against the guidelines
  • Answered 3 Q&A questions
  • Drafted 5 review replies for the owner to approve (4 approved, 1 edited)
  • Checked 40 citations: 3 had the old phone number; 2 fixed, 1 pending
  • Edited one local page: furnace repair

What we saw

Profile activity and calls from the profile are in the dashboard. We don’t predict them and won’t promise a direction.

What we couldn’t change

One directory won’t let us edit a listing without a postcard to the business address.

Next month

Add 6 new photos, fix the pending citation, and review hours for the holiday.

What we won’t do

Said once, plainly. The ones with legal weight are in the Terms too.

  • No. 01

Guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or timelines. No one can. Google decides.

  • No. 02

Buy links or run link schemes. If a link is paid, it’s labeled as such.

  • No. 03

Write fake reviews, or gate or pay for real ones. We ask every customer the same way. Review replies are drafts you approve.

  • No. 04

Fill your site with thin or mass-made pages. Pages need a reason to exist.

  • No. 05

Ask for your passwords, or take them by email. Access is by invite only.

  • No. 06

Take patient or health records. No PHI, and we don’t sign BAAs.

  • No. 07

Pretend your address is a storefront. If you’re a service-area business, we set the profile up as one.

  • No. 08

Claim badges we don’t hold. No “Google Partner” or similar unless we actually are.

  • No. 09

Say llms.txt will get you into AI answers. Google says it doesn’t use it.

  • No. 10

Use your business as a case study or testimonial without written permission. Terms section 7.

  • No. 11

Make up urgency. There’s no countdown on this site.

  • No. 12

Lock you in. No contract, no minimum term, no setup fee.

Where the work is done

At desks in Chantilly, Virginia, and online. We work with businesses across the US, in Eastern time hours. We’re a service-area business, so there’s no storefront to walk into, but calls and appointments are welcome.
