What happens after you subscribe
- Stripe takes the first payment. You get Stripe’s receipt.
- We email you our own confirmation. It has your plan, price, billing date and every way to cancel, so you can keep it.
- You fill in a short brief. Business details, who you serve, the accounts we’d need access to.
- You add us with limited access. Usually as a manager on your Business Profile and a user in your CMS. Never by sending a password.
- Work starts within 1 business day of your brief. The first report arrives at the end of your first month.
- You’re billed on the same date each month until you cancel.
How to cancel
Three ways. Any of them works, and none needs a reason.
- Online. Open the customer portal, sign in with your email and choose cancel. Open the customer portal
- Email. Write to main@seohehe.com. We confirm in writing within one business day.
- Phone. Call (826) 991-2771, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern. If we miss you, leave a message; it counts.
It takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for. Partial months aren’t refunded.

What months 1, 3 and 6 look like
- Month 1. Mostly setup and cleanup. You’ll see what we found and fixed, and your first report.
- Month 3. There may be early movement in the places we’re working, such as more complete listings or pages that have been indexed. There may not.
- Month 6. Enough history to see whether the work is moving things, and to decide whether to keep going.
SEO can take months to show up, and we can’t promise it will work for you. That’s why plans are month to month. If you’d rather stop at month 3, you can.
No one can guarantee rankings. Google decides. We commit to the work we list and how we report it.
