Who writes it, who approves it
AI may assist with research and drafts; a human reviews every deliverable. We write, then you approve what goes live. If your field has rules on what you can say (law, healthcare), you stay responsible for compliance, so we write what you approve.
Fixes, and who owns the work
If a piece misses the scope we wrote down, we fix it for 14 days after delivery. Once you’ve paid, the copy is yours. Not liking a style choice isn’t covered by that; tell us your tone preferences in the brief and we’ll write to them.

When content is the wrong buy
If your site has pages that Google can’t index, or a Business Profile with wrong details, new content won’t fix that. Buy an audit first (Audit S is $599), then spend on writing. We’d rather you did that than have us write a page that goes nowhere.
