How we handle reviews
- We ask every customer for a review the same way. No one is skipped because we think they’ll be unhappy.
- No incentives. Not a discount, not a coupon, nothing.
- Replies are drafts. You approve each one before it’s posted.
Google’s rules and federal rules both ban the alternatives, and they’re right to.

Service areas, not storefronts
If customers don’t visit you at an address, Google wants you to hide it and list the areas you serve. Mailboxes and virtual offices don’t qualify as listing addresses. If your setup can’t be listed the way you hoped, we’ll tell you plainly. We won’t invent an address for you.
