Terms version: 2026-11-03
By buying from seohehe or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t buy. “We” and “us” mean seohehe. “You” means you and the business you’re buying for.
1. Who we are
seohehe is operated by Ahmed Ali Hadi, 4756 Tatum Ml Wy, Chantilly, VA 20151, USA. We’re a service-area business: appointments only, no walk-in office. Contact: main@seohehe.com, (826) 991-2771.
2. Services and scope
The services and what each includes are listed on our pricing page and plan pages when you buy. That list is the scope. We do what it says. Anything else needs a written agreement (email counts), possibly with a different price. If we find extra work you need, we’ll tell you and you decide.
3. What we need from you
You agree to give accurate information, the access the work needs, timely replies and approvals. If you’re late, our turnaround dates move by the same amount. Turnaround times are estimates counted in business days (Monday to Friday, Eastern time), and start when we have your order, your brief and the access we asked for.
4. No guarantees
No one can guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, AI mentions or timelines. Google and AI systems decide those. We commit to the work we list and to how we report it. A result that doesn’t improve is not a breach of these Terms.
5. Third-party platforms
Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Stripe, WordPress and other platforms control their own rules, systems and decisions, and change them. We aren’t responsible for their actions, including suspensions, penalties, algorithm updates, outages or changes in how they display results.
6. Access and credentials
- We use the least access the work needs. Add us as a user or manager. Don’t share logins.
- Never send passwords by email, form or message. If you do, change them.
- We won’t share or sell your access or credentials to anyone.
- You own your accounts at all times.
- When the work ends, you remove our access (we’ll remind you), or tell us to.
7. Who owns what
When you’ve paid in full, you own the custom deliverables made for you, like copy and reports. We keep our tools, methods, templates and general know-how. We may use what we learn in anonymized form. We won’t use your business name, logo or results in our marketing without your written permission.
8. AI assistance
AI may assist with research and drafts; a human reviews every deliverable. We don’t put your confidential information into tools that train on it. You’re responsible for approving content for accuracy, and for any claims specific to your industry before it’s published for your business.
9. Payment (one-time packages)
Prices are in US dollars. One-time packages are paid in full at checkout, through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We don’t add sales tax at checkout. If tax ever applies, it’s shown before you pay. Refunds are covered in Refunds and cancellation.
10. Monthly plans
- Continuous service. A plan continues until you cancel. There’s no minimum term and no setup fee.
- What we charge. The price shown on the plan page and in your confirmation email. You’re charged when you subscribe, then on the same date each month.
- Price changes. We give written notice by email at least 30 days before a change, with how to cancel. A change applies from your next billing date after the notice period.
- Cancel. Any time, in the Stripe customer portal, by email to main@seohehe.com, or by phone at (826) 991-2771. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for. Partial months aren’t refunded.
- To stop the next charge, cancel before your billing date.
- Failed payments. Stripe retries the charge on its schedule, and we email you. We may pause work while a payment is overdue. If retries fail, we cancel the plan.
- Acknowledgment. After you subscribe we email you these terms, the cancellation policy and how to cancel.
The full cancellation process is at Refunds and cancellation.
11. Warranty disclaimer and limit of liability
We do our work with reasonable care. Beyond that, services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties to the extent the law allows, including any promise of results.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue or data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under Virginia law, including fraud or willful misconduct.
12. Confidentiality and data
We keep what you give us for the work confidential and use it only for that. How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy. Briefs and access notes are deleted 90 days after our work ends.
Do not send us health information or other regulated records. We don’t accept protected health information (PHI) and we don’t sign business associate agreements. Law firms remain responsible for compliance with their bar’s advertising rules. Government contractors: SEO doesn’t win contracts, and we won’t imply any agency endorses you.
13. Ending the relationship
You can end a plan any time (see section 10). You can request a refund for one-time packages as described in the refunds policy. We can end the work if you don’t pay, don’t give access for 30 days, ask us to do something unlawful or against a platform’s rules, or abuse our staff. If we do, we’ll tell you in writing and refund any unearned part of a one-time fee, except where the refunds policy says otherwise.
14. Governing law and where disputes go
Virginia law governs these Terms. Any dispute goes to the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia (or the federal court serving Fairfax County where it has jurisdiction). Before filing anything, please email us. Most problems are fixable.
15. Contact, notices and changes
Send notices to main@seohehe.com or the address above. We’ll send notices to the email you gave us. If we make a material change to these Terms, we’ll email you in advance and post the new date at the top. Changes to a monthly plan’s price or terms follow section 10. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept it.
