What this covers

How seohehe.com and the services we sell handle personal information. Short version: we collect what we need to reply to you, do the work and get paid. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run ad pixels.

What we collect

Contact and quote forms: name, email, company, website, your message, and in the quote form your service, size and budget choices.
Briefs: company, website, Google Business Profile link, goals, competitors, notes and access notes. Please never include passwords or health information.
Orders and plans: what you bought, the amount, the name and email you give us. Card details go to Stripe. We never see or store them.
Consent record: when you subscribe, we record the time, plan, version of the Terms and a hashed version of your IP address, as proof you agreed.
Server logs: IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps. Kept for security and troubleshooting.
Cart: saved in your browser so it survives a page reload. It stays on your device until you clear it.

What we don’t collect

No analytics or advertising pixels on this site as of the date above.
No health information or other regulated records. We don’t accept PHI.
The schema generator runs entirely in your browser. It sends nothing to us and saves nothing.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to do the work you bought, to take payment and keep records, to prevent spam and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Who sees it

Stripe processes payments, subscriptions and the customer portal.
Our web host stores the site and form submissions.
Our email provider delivers messages.
Spam protection: we use hidden-field and timing checks on our forms.

We don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only what the site and checkout need to work. Stripe may set its own cookies on its pages. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it or delete it, whether or not you live in Virginia. Email main@seohehe.com. We’ll respond within 45 days, and usually much sooner. If we hold records we must keep (like tax records), we’ll tell you which ones.

We currently believe the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act’s thresholds don’t apply to us. We honor access and deletion requests anyway.

California residents: we don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. The rights above apply to you too.

Security

We limit who can see what you send us, use encrypted connections and keep access to the minimum. No system is perfectly safe. If a breach affects your personal information, we’ll notify you and any authority as the law requires.

Children

This site isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For material changes affecting people with accounts or plans, we’ll email you.
